After reading the reviews on here, I ordered the dress with reservations about the fit in the arms (many had mentioned that they were too tight.) I did not have any problems with the arms, and the dress fit beautifully all over. I have a pretty proportional hourglass figure, but I am curvy and quite busty (34DD), yet the dress was so flattering and covered all that needed to be covered. I did end up ordering a size larger than normal (I usually get a 10, and I ordered a 12 in this), but the sizing seemed consistent with what was listed on the sizing chart. As for the arms, mine are 11 1/2 inches where the bottom of the sleeve hits, so if you're ordering a size 12, perhaps that will be helpful. :-)My dress is purple, and I'm very pleased with the color--a bright, true purple. The fabric is a bit see-through, but I'm a big fan of slips anyway, so that shouldn't be a problem. As others have mentioned, the fabric does wrinkle, but that wasn't a shocking surprise with cotton poplin.All in all, very cute! This was my first overstock.com purchase, and I'm very happy.

The dress is super cute, but I have no idea how it could fit me. I haven't even tried it on yet, because looking at it, I don't think I could even get it over my shoulders. I am a 16/18W and since this was a tie around dress, I ordered big, thinking I could just tie it tighter. I ordered a size 20, which would normally swallow me. It looks like a 10, or an 8 even! My friend who is an 8 is coming over tomorrow and I'm hoping it fits her so she can have it. The arm holes seem small even. Cute though, and quality material. I just don't understand the sizing.

I love wrap dresses and was really excited about this one. However-- it's hard to tell from the photos- but the dress is really long! I thought it would hit above the knee, but it fell well below the knee, which makes the dress much more formal. Also, the chest is really tight. I think I am returning mine. Too bad...

I'd been eyeing this dress for months and am very happy that I bought it. I went up one size just in case and there is a bit of room in the waist but the belt ties fix that right up. The sleeves are a touch tight but the fabric has stretch. I only wish cotton poplin wasn't so wrinkle prone, haha! The cut is wonderful and very flattering and I love the fullness of the skirt with all those gores.

This is comfortable and a nice fit. The sizing is off so go up one size for a great fit!

This is a cute dress... a little overpriced for the quality of the material, and very very long and runs about a size small, but overall nice.

The person I bought this dress for wears a size 3, but after reading other reviews I decided to play it safe and order larger. So, I ordered a size 8. The dress fit perfectly, so that's something you'll want to take into account when purchasing this dress.

I LOVE this dress! I just got it for Christmas and it is wonderful! I am usually scared of dresses on my body shape (big tummy, big butt), but after reading the reviews, I put it on my wish list. It fits beautifully and is very flattering! It is also just a FUN dress! My bros thought it was a costume, and it kind of looks like one with the 50s feel, but it is a great dress all around!

I purchased this dress to wear on New Years, and it is definitely going to work out. It is a little long (I'm 5'6"), so I'm hemming it, but otherwise it is perfect. In case you are a little slow like me...there is a zipper on the side. It was a very difficult thing to put on before I realized that :) Also, the photo has the dress tied at the back, and since it is supposed to look like a wrap dress, I think it is better wrapped around and tied on the side. The ties are fairly long, so wrapping them once looks better, in my opinion.

The dress fits but the material feels odd to touch. It came wrinkled and after it was ironed it wrinkled up again. The fall of the dress isn't very attractive. It's super cute on the mannequin but not attractive on plus size women.It looks fine, but it's not amazing. It falls a little below my knees, an odd length. It was longer than I expected.

I actually love this dress. Not only is comfortable but the dress is really flattering. The dress enhances the breast but smoothes the stomach creating a long waistline. This is good for me because I?m only 5ft 2in. I received the dress in a sufficient amount of time. It was packaged very nice and well put together.

I really love this dress! I got it in purple and received a lot of comments the fist time I wore. I think the style actually makes me look slimmer than most of my clothes do. I recommend it to all. BUT I heard they run small so I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I usually do. I am so glad I did. The dress fits my perfectly. There's no way it would have fit me if I'd ordered my regular size.So it's very worth the price, but order larger!

This dress is pretty and flattering. I bought it in black and I am considering buying it in purple as well. It is a very cute dress and is good at hiding hips.

i absolutely love this dress! cant find dresses as simple and classy for the price. i ordered the black one first. tried it, loved it. hard for me to find dresses that fit all over including the bust! i like the length of the tie in the back also. sleeves are adorable, collar sits in a nice spot without looking "button-up shirty"a little disappointed with the purple. looks a little richer in the photo, though its still a nice color, not sure it fits with my skintone, but ill give it a fair chance. needs a bit of ironing but it irons easily and starches well.

Not the best quality but it fits with the price, fabric is thin. I'm 5'2 with a farely small frame and I ordered a 4 which fit but was a little large so I don't think you need to order a size up. Nice looking dress though.

I'm petite (5'0") and usually wear size 4-6. I bought the size 6 dress and I'm returning it because it's way too big (in the arms, chest) and wayyy too long (almost down to my ankles). Otherwise a nice dress!

My dress arrived with a hole in the seam, so it will be returned. I'm not sad to see it go, though. It's unflattering on a size 4 frame. I'm 5'7", and it came down past my knees, it has a lot of flare and a lot of fabric which looks bulky and overwhelming on my body. I still give it 3 stars because I think it would look nice on a larger size.

I took a chance and bought this dress not knowing if it would really fit. Overalll, it fit nicely; however, I am a busty person and found that I needed to adjust the dress in that area. There is a side zipper that was not helpful in the removal of the dress, but in general this is a nice dress for an evening event or concert.

I bought this piece for my girlfriend in the purple in a size 4. With a 4'' heel, plus her natural height of 5'9" it was wonderful. it fell to just above her calves. It hugged her thin figure beautifully.

The fabric is a lightweight poplin with some spandex that offers a comfortable fit and washes up nicely.
