runs small
The flats is very soft however, it runs small. I wear a 7.5 and bought this a 8 but the elastic still dug in the back of my heels making it uncomfortable to wear. I need a 8.5 to compensate for the elastic back.

Shoes
The shoes were not true to size or width. I normally wear a 6 1/2 med. width and they were not. I returned these shoes and am waiting on a refund. Thank you.

If you like all plastic, this is for you
The shoe is cute but I was looking for leather as stated in the title and description. They also seemed narrow for a medium width. I returned the first pair and they said they'd send back a leather pair. Unfortunately it is the exact same so I am returning them again. Good customer service!

great buy
i was looking for a pair of replacement black flats for the ones i have, and these have been great. they're comfortable, and pretty. there was a little bit of extra toe space at the end, which usually would weird me out, but doesn't affect my comfort in wearing them. i highly recommend!
