close up on image confirms poor quality
A close up on the image shows that the taupe shoe is indeed of poor quality. Image shows sloppy gluing of inside insert on the front.

You get what you pay for...
The quality is very poor. Pieces of the shoe are not cut and glued correctly creating very sharp edges near the heel.It looks like someone put these together in 5 minutes. Honestly I'd send them back in a heartbeat but have to wear them in a wedding in 1 day. Hopefully they last the entire day tomorrow.
