Rothschild Big Girls Wool Belted Trench Coat

Since there are only pictures of the sapphire and black trenches, I thought I would share that the orchid bliss is purple, a dark, bright purple. It's a very pretty color. I ordered size 16 for myself (I am a grownup), and the waist is a tad short, but other than that it's fine, and the sleeves fit me well. I am 5'2'' an 112 lbs. I would not order the size 16 if the person to wear it is taller than 5'2'', sizes seem to be on the small side. Another thing, it is not 70% wool, but 60% wool, 30% polyester, 10% viscose. My guess is that each color has a different blend. The fabric on this one is not very soft, and I would say a bit over medium quality. The coat is well-tailored, as is to be expected from Rothschild. It's not very warm, but it works perfectly as a trench coat, warmer than your regular cotton/polyester trench. I wore in a very foggy and misty day, 60 degrees, and it was perfect. Nice trench. I think it will last for a long time, and people have complimented me very much on the color. If your girl is sensitive to itchy fabrics I do not recommend it, as (at least the purple color) it itches a bit through the lining.
