I love the look of this bag so much and I get lots of compliments on it, BUT the zipper gets stuck constantly so it's really inconvenient. When I say constantly, I mean that it has never once opened smoothly on either main pocket because the lining fabric gets caught in the zippers. Also, although the faux leather is very soft and supple, it began to get holes after about a year of my occasional use of the bag. I don't expect things to last forever but it still fell apart a little too quickly.

The bag is cute, but the inside lining is so lose that it's constantly getting caught in the zippers. I've had the purse for about 2 weeks & just know that either a zipper will break or I'll rip out the lining trying to get it open/closed. It's a very frustrating handbag.
