I originally bought this dress in a small because I usually wear a size 4/S. But it was a little clingly and way too short (mid thigh) to be work appropriate, so I returned it and bought a medium which made the dress longer, but it still fits well everywhere else. It's incredibly comfortable and has held up through multiple washes (a big plus). I ordered in dark brown, it's not quite the deep chocolate color I wanted (can be a bit grey in some light) but that's my only complaint. I'd mostly advise ordering a size up if you're thinking about wearing it for work.
