I love this coat. It fits comfortably for my short but overweight body. The zip-out lining and detachable hood make it perfect for so many kinds of weather. I'm surprised at how warm it is, given how lightweight it is.

I would definitely recommend this raincoat to anyone. I deliver mail and needed something with sleeves, but also a cape to cover my legs. It provided both of my requirements.

This was purchased for an elderly lady who has trouble getting her arms in and out of a coat. She needed waterproof and light but also windproof. We went out to lunch with her the other day and it was raining. She wore the cape in the rain and looked and felt elegant she said. The hood comes off if you like. It is a very deep hood so you have to hold it up some but very good so you don't have to have a cap or umbrella to keep the rain off. The zipper in the front also has a placket to cover it which I think is great. Yes, it is very wide buy that is good for over heavy clothes, I love it

This looked like the perfect coat for New England springs. The other reason I bought it was because supposedly fit 1X through 3X. Who sizes this stuff? It's a great looking garment, but there is no way it is made for the heavier folks. I'm keeping it because, without the lining, fits well and is a handsome garment.

I bought this to serve as a travel raincoat. It is roomy enough to go over anything, and the zip-out lining is really nice. High-quality fabric looks dressy enough for style but seems quite rugged. It is about 3/4 length, so I recommend it if you can take only one travel coat for three seasons.

This is a quality item, no doubt about it. It's a "one size fits most plus sizes" -- up to about a 26 or 28, but it doesn't look baggy or like you're wallowing in it if you're smaller (I'm right between 1X and 2X).The material is beautiful -- the outer shell is a silvery sagey pale greenish-gray with a bit of shimmer to it. The inner shell is a dark teal-y forest green, with the same sort of shimmer. The combination is really nice.It also sports a removable zip-out cold-weather liner. It should work well unless the outdoor temp is below 30 or so. In other words, it's not for the coldest cold snap, but it should keep you warm in most climates. I live in the Pacific Northwest -- and this combination is absolutely PERFECT for me.The hood is also removable.I wasn't sure what to expect with this -- but I'm very happy with my purchase. This is a coat that will last me more than a couple of seasons, and will work even if my weight fluctuates (I'm dieting, but ya never know, ya know?).I would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend.
