I was not familiar with Pine Cone Hill nor quite sure about wearing linen to bed, but have been pleasantly surprised. I really love my new pj's. They were a little stiff at first, but not uncomfortable. They have washed well, I hang up to dry, and are softer after the wash. I actually purchased 2 more pair in different colors because I like them so much. They have a nice fit and the top has a contour shape to it so it is not just boxy. The pants are nice and roomy for sleep and I just love the little ruffles on the cuffs and pant legs. Great find for me and they are as... Sweet as can be...
I bought the print pajamas. I like the look of the fabric, but not the feel of it. This linen is more scratchy than soft even after washing. The top is cut like a slim fitting shirt, but the bottoms are the oddest shape. They are about right in the waist, but the hip and upper thigh area is like a balloon. The brand is well-known and high-end, so I was rather surprised at the peculiar fit of these pajamas. They are way out of proportion!
i first got a set of these last summer for my birthday, and i love them! the linen is nice and thick, and the fit is roomy and comfy. and they're so pretty!. i just bought this second pair for my mom for xmas - i think she'll love them too.
I am so disappointed in these. The fit is huge, ridiculous, and completely style-free. They have that unusual combination of baggy listlessness and attempted (yet failed) cutesy-ness.What an unflattering pair of pajamas-just because they're cheap does NOT make them a good deal. If what you're buying is hideous and fits terribly, it's an expensive mistake. Blech. Hope you think twice before making the same mistake I did.
Love pine cone hill products, so I was glad to find a bargain- The top is cut close which I appreciate - but the bottoms are like ballons around the upper thigh. not a flattering look even on a tall slender frame
