very soft
I bought this because I find bamboo fabric very soft and well-wearing. The colour has more red than the photo, but this was a plus for me. So imagine a less-purple color than pictured. Will go well with a navy, brown, black, grey even a dark red colored coat or jacket. I love it. Also the price was ridiculously low for this quality an item ($*.**).

Not the color pictured
The pashmina advertised is a beautiful dusty purple shade - what I received could more or less be called "maroon". Not happy at all with the color - luckily I do love the wonderful quality and the shade IS very lovely if one is looking for a deeper shade. Sadly, the previous pashmina that I purchased from the same seller was very off in color as well (ordered grey - received deep steel blue. I am 27 and not color blind yet. Won't be doing business with them anymore. But if you are looking for a very well made soft pashmina this one is ideal.

Fiber content not as described
This is a pretty scarf, and it is very soft. However, the product description says "100% rayon from bamboo" and the tag on the actual item says "55% Acrylic 45% Viscose" I believe Viscose and Rayon are interchangeable, but Acrylic and Rayon are most certainly not. The fiber content and the price are the main reasons I ordered this scarf as a gift. I thought it was a much better value than the 100% Acrylic ones I was seeing at department stores, but it turns out the description was misleading. I think it will still make a good gift and it was very affordable, but I am disappointed that I didn't not get the product I expected.

I ordered several of these shawls. It is advertised as hand washable. However, three of the six shawls state "dry clean only", while the other three have no washing instructions at all. Those three came with a label that was attached by some sort of 2 sided tape which left a mark on the shawl. The colors are accurate and the feel of the material is nice. I hope I'm able to get the tape mark off. When I took the label off of one shawl, it pulled some of the threads, leaving a "hole" in the shawl. Hopefully when I wash it (by hand) the threads will return to where they belong.

This scarf is cozy, soft and warm!
I am very pleased with the scarf, and inspite of it being egg-plant which is a purple color I liked it enough not to return it for a blue one. Perhaps, I'll buy another!
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I was extremely disappointed about the color, every notice I received showed the blue, I ended up with eggplant, which as it turned out to be is beautiful.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have just received it, so I can't comment yet on washing, or pilling.
- How accurate was the sizing? The sizing for my height was accurate.
