The dress is very beautiful. Unfortunately, I had to return it. This dress is not for big busts and runs a little small. Also, I was not excited about how much glitter was everywhere. Aesthetically, the dress is very pleasing. The color of blue is stunning! It also seemed as though it would be very comfortable (if it had fit). I am sad that I will not be able to wear this to my rehearsal dinner.

I think this dress is all about age appropriateness. I bought it and immediately returned it. I'm approaching 30 and while this dress would be great for a highschool formal dance or a sorority mixer, I don't think I'd feel comfortable at a cocktail party in it at my age.While the blue is pretty, it is covered with a black netting material. The circles on that netting are essentially light pink and silver glitter. The dress is VERY VERY glittery. The level of glitter does not come through on the picture. I had hoped maybe the circles were light pink, grey and nude embroidery which would make the dress a little "older" but they were not.The other reviews are right. The dress runs pretty true to size...maybe a tiny bit small. If in doubt, go up a size. I wear an 8 in most standard clothing and ordered a 10 and it fit - was a tad snug in the chest.Long review summed up: If you're looking for something fun, flirty, glittery and youthful, this may be the dress for you. If you're looking for a strapless cocktail dress that is more exciting than basic black but still somewhat reserved and "adult" look elsewhere.

I wore this dress for my graduation and i honestly felt like a queen.it was gorgeous and sparkley.I recommend that you order a size up it runs a tad small.this was the perfect dress for me and i really think that any gal who wants to look wonderful and feel good should get this dress.

This is a really pretty dress. It is perfect for preteens. It is really darker and deeper than the picture shows. It is also longer than the picture makes it seem. Shipping was good, overstock ships from Salt Lake City UT and I live on the east cost and it took exactly a week.

I ordered this dress and the one I received, despite having the same pattern of fabric-was completely different. First of all the dress pictured is strapless-the one I received had straps. Second-The dress pictured has a fitted bodice with piping and the one I received was just fabric-no piping and not fitted. Third-the dress pictured has a beautiful long ribbon at the "real" waist-the one I received had a stitched in black fabric EMPIRE waist with no ribbon. I dont know who was sleeping at the wheel with this one but this should be corrected because the dress i received could not have been more different than they one they purport to be selling. The silver lining is I anticipate a good return process because Overstock has always been good in that respect. Now I have a wedding to go to and have to run out and pay twice as much for a dress :0(

This was a very nice dress. The only problem is that it took a long time to be shipped. It took over a week and a half.

I found this dress on OS and wasn't sure about it, but kept going back to it, and finally bought. I am so glad I did. I do not normally do well with strapless, but I decided to take a chance. The fit is nice. I took the advice of a previous review and bought a size bigger. It fits perfect. I bought it for a wedding in October in Vegas and I think it will be perfect, just enough flash.

I bought this dress for my granddaughter to wear to a semi formal dance at her school and she looked beautiful. She got tons of complements and she was sooo happy with it. I loved the dress at first sight. Because I am cautious about purchasing clothing online I decided to read some of the reviews. There were a couple that almost made me think. There is one review that states she thought the glitter would be rhinestones, the description says glitter, and also that the circles were a light pink. They are silver. Some other reviews stated that the sizes ran small. I took that to heart and intended to order a size larger, but by accident oredered my normal size. Glad that I did otherwise the dress would have swallowed me. I am truly glad I went ahead with the purchase. I bought the dress to wear to a wedding, it was perfect. Some may say the dress is to dressy. I say find out if the occassion is a jeans and T-shirt event , or more of a dress up type event. It was perfect for me and I received MANY, MANY, compliments. I purchased this dress for a wedding. I am an average mother of 3 and wanted something to make me look and feel special. My childrens' jaws dropped when they saw me all dressed up. It is a fabulous dress that fits with beautiful lines to make you feel truly model-like when you slip into it.

This dress is even more beautiful in person. Built-in shaping in the bust area is very flattering and the top stays in place, eliminating that natural urge to "tug" on it. The shade of blue along with the glitter detailing really sets this dress off! Well worth the price!! I can't wait to wear it again!

Absolutely beautiful dress! In the online picture, it appears there are rhinestones attached to the dress, however in person it is actually glitter (which will shed when worn). However, it is a stunning dress that tends to run a bit snug, not exactly true to size.

I purchased this dress for a dance my daughter was having at school. It was absolutely the cutest thing on! I did add very small straps to it, just so that she wouldn't have to worry about any slippage. I would recommend this dress to anyone that is looking for a fun, rather dressy dress. The girls all loved it!!

Since my 13 year old daughter has chosen to be "ultra" picky, it took her and I 3 hours and 1500 dresses later to find this one. I ordered it to see if she would like it when she saw it on..and thank goodness! she loved it! The quality, color and style are unique and beautiful. The dress is a lot prettier in person. The blue color is very pretty and the sparkles are beautiful. Usually a size ten and the dress was a tiny bit loose. So it's pretty much true to size. A good dress for weddings or cocktail parties!!

This is a stunning dress. It's cut a little small for a size 12, so order a larger size if you are a true 12.
