Formal w/ poof at the bottom
I wore this dress at my brother's wedding. The color is actual royal blue with light and dark that blends. The bottom of the dress is not floor length so the shoes has to be presentable. The chest has a bra in it so you can go without a bra and it holds everything up just nicely.
