These are very comfortable, so I'll keep them to wear with long skirts. They are genuine suede. The wedge heel design makes your feet appear about 2 sizes larger, and the shaft fits very closely to the leg. I have slim legs or else they wouldn't work. Definitely not to tuck jeans into. Not to wear with short skirts. As I said, they'll be good with long skirts or as a pant boot.

These boots are pretty comfortable. I like the fact that I can wear socks, and my feet still fit comfortably inside. They seem like they'd be great for walking & shopping. They look great with jeans and dress pants. But, I do agree with the comment below me when it comes to the zipper. Although I'm quite small in build, my calves pretty thick, and unless you have small calves, the zipper is going to be quite a bit snug near the top. I don't zip it all the way up, my pants cover it anyway. It's great for winter and an overall great pair of boots.

I just got these boots! Love the style and the fit. They don't even need breaking in. They only downfall is the zipper was very hard to work at first but once you used it a few times it worked much better.

I bought these boots to balance style with comfort, wearing 3 inch pointy heels most days can take a toll on your feet. These boots are very comfortable with great craftsmen work! They receive only 3 stars for fit only because I noticed after a few wears they have stretched some, but better to have slightly bigger shoes than smaller. 4 stars in style only because they're a bit chunkier than I'd like but still beautiful boots. Overall, its a great boot, worth the money and I would buy it again!

These are one of the few shoes I've ever tried on that were comfortable as soon as I slipped them on. No breaking in needed. Slim fit, suede, great looking. Here are my two complaints: * Initially I ordered the mahogany, and the original photo they depicted showed the boot to look almost red. Unfortunately, it was a rather dull brown. It seems like they have changed the photo since. * Second, I've had the boots for a little while now (3 months) and the seams where the leather is stitched into the sole is already worn down a bit, and frayed. It appears to be separating. I would caution that these boots, although very comfortable, and looks fantastic, are a bit cheap in build.

I got the boots in cream color. They were yellow, not cream. Also I read the previous reviews on how they run small so I got a size bigger, they still did not fit! The calf and ankle part are so small, I can't see how anyone can fit into them!

I loved these boots so much, and got so many compliments on them that I have decided to order them in all 3 colors! I wear them as often as possible! I am a very petite and short girl, so these boots are prefect for me because they add a little height. Even though some people have said that they are a little chunky looking, i don't agree. I guess it depends on how big your feet are. I've got a very small sized foot so these look awesome on me and I feel totally sexy when i walk around in them and they are comfortable too. They are definitely less chunky looking than Uggs. I always wear these underneath my pant legs as i think they look the best that way. You definitely could not tuck your pants into them so if you're looking for a pair of boots for that, these are not for you. I have tried these on with jean skirts and they look really cute with them too. You might be able to wear them with long skirts as well. It's hard to find versatile boots, but i believe that these are pretty darn close. I live in a State where we get a lot of snow, and i can even wear them in winter! I don't like to buy boots/shoes that i wear one time and then they sit in the closet until i find something that they would look good with again. Yes, I would recommend these boots to anyone, and have been asked where i got them!

I have purchased three pairs of these boots all in different colors- two for me and one as a gift. They are super comfortable and look really great with jeans. I highly recommend them for going out and even for everyday use.

These boots were a last minute gift to myself! They were a great find. I am usually a true size 7, they are a tiny bit big, but with a heavier sock they fit fine. Very comfortable, even wore them to a local museum for 4 hours of walking and they felt great.

These are nice, casual, everyday black suede boots that look great under jeans. They feel a little big so you might want to order a half size smaller than usual. Also, they are pretty tight around the calves (I have athletic calves but they are by no means large), so if you have slightly larger than skinny calves they might not fit. Overall they're really cute, very comfortable, give you a little height with the heel and are great with jeans. I've gotten several compliments on them too.

I have the mid-calf black suede boots which are very stylish. They are very versatile since they can be dressed up or dressed down. The footbed is not as cushioned as I would have liked, but overall it is a fabulous boot.

Boot is just plain ugly on. The lining is very thin at the ankle and the base is really clunky so they make you look like you have twiggy ankles and banana feet.

I have trouble finding boots that fit me to leg size. These are perfect for me because I have a really slender calf/legs. They fit nicely and are very very comfortable. The material is thin and due to the shape of the boot (they are really shaped as pictured) it leaves wrinkles on the material. I put rolled magazines inside to help them hold their shape and "iron" their wrinkles. I wish they we're more of straight shape or had less of a curve and were of thicker material.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots! I have 2 pairs, 2 in black and one in tan. I bought an extra pair of black to keep in my closet just in case! I wear them all winter long, they look terrific with skirts, leggings, and tights!

Based on a review that these boots run small, I ordered 8.5 first. Was too big. I'm a true 8 medium. These boots have been perfect for comfort, and I wear them dressed up and down. I'm a little concerned about the rear zipper--if it will hold up from sliding my foot in and out, but so far it has. If they made these in a leather style, I'd order too more in brown and black like I did the suede style. I'm shopping for similar styles to these boots.

These boots are not quite mid-calf-I am short and they're not mid-calf on me. They were also hard to get into-with the zipper on the heel. But now-they're fantastic! I love them. They look good and are very comfortable.

i love these boots for everyday walking around. They are not really fancy looking, especially the plastic chunky heel but they are SUPER comfortable and they keep the sole of your feet warm because of the platform sole. the black suede like fabric looks really nice.

I love the boots, they look great and are very comfortable. I, however, have very slender legs and feet, my calfs are only 11 1/2. If you have average or thiker calfs - I do not recomend these boots for you. Otherwise these boots look awesome!!!

i bought these last year in camel..and LOVED them..comfy, cute, great fit...this spring i put them in the closet w/my other winter shoes. they were completely dry and clean..put up w/other shoes in a rubbermaid box INSIDE in my hall closet.when i took them out this fall..the suede was MOLDED. i mean GREEN PATCHES! none of the other shoes were, there was no moisture, nothing. but these boots i had to throw away. it was icky!!
