This tie does not form a large, comfortable knot and therefore is not a good choice for work-wear that has to be worn an 8 hour day. I don't wear mine at all as I have to look extra sharp at work. I won't even give it away as a gift due to this problem. Finding the right length is almost impossible. If you somehow are able to make a correct knot it quickly becomes undone if you have to rotate your neck as in looking over your shoulder.
