I already bought these in the light beige color and I liked it so much I had to get the brown. They are very comfortable and cute!! Though I would have to say they are somewhat casual so it might not be too suitable for some work places. The shaft does fall down to the ankle but I don't mind it at all. I did find the size to run a bit big for me. I usually wear a size 8 and I found that 7 1/2 fit better for me. I think they stretch a little over time.

I love the look of this boot, and was thrilled by the price on Overstock. They are surprisingly comfortable- I wore them around NYC for 2 days just a few days after purchasing (though if I did this again I might buy a cushioned insole for them as there is a bit of a heel). I gave them 4 stars overall and for appearance because I have a lot of trouble keeping them up- they continually slide down my calf and slouch around my ankle. The adjustable buckle helps but I still can't get them to stay up for too long. I tend to have slightly larger than normal calves so i believe this is just due to the softness of the suede and not how tight the boot is. Despite this, they are still very cute, comfortable and I would recommend to anyone looking for a fashionable fall boot!
