These are great looking and great fitting boots and as previous reviewer stated those cute snaps just DO NOT STAY PUT.They do not stay snapped for a long time, only if you sitting down and not moving your legs/feet-the minute you get up they unsnapIt is called bend and snap - you bend you leg snap right off

I really LOVE these boots, BUT they won't stay shut. The snaps don't hold tight. I have to return them. Don't know if all the boots are like this. I bought size 11 and they are true to size and very comfortable the first time I wore them. I will probably order another pair because I really think the snaps are the defective part.
