Had to exchange the first bag that came as the Nine West tag was attached upside down. Ugh. Bag is very plastic. Not like leather at all. Pretty stiff. If I had seen this in person, I would NOT have ordered it. Can get something similar for much less.

The hard, painfully rigid straps on this ruin what would otherwise be a nice bag at this price point. The straps make it awkward and uncomfortable to carry over the shoulder since there's no flex. The body of the bag is also very stiff, the opening is a bit smaller than expected, and as usual with NIne West - no slip pockets inside for cell phone, etc. The coral color is fantastic - fresh and fun for summer, but still tasteful and not over the top. Unfortunately, the straps are a deal-breaker.

For the price, this bag suits me fine. It's relatively lightweight to begin with, and is sized to fit files and all the other things I carry with me. It hasn't got a lot of metal on it, which is a big plus for me, and what metal it does have is silver tone - a must, since I wear only silver jewelry. It's not made of leather, but that's okay with me, The one flaw is that the handles are stiff, so when I wear it over my shoulder, it tends to slip down.

I had planned to use this tote for my laptop computer. Although the dimensions appeared to be large enough, when the tote arrived I could not fit my laptop in it. The reason was that the sides and folded in where the handle is sewn which takes away several inches at the top. You might want to mention the size of a laptop that it would accommodate to avoid others experiencing the same issue. It is an attractive tote and I am sure I will find other uses for it.
