wrong color
Nice bag so I feel Nine West did a great job. Sending the wrong color makes me not want to order that kind of item again. I did not return the bag because I really don't like dealing with returns.

So Disappointed!!
I am so sad about this bag. I got it and loved it. Black, shiny, sturdy. Then I use it for 3 days and BOTH zippers have broken beyond repair. What are the odds of that? The one on the inside I just shrugged off, but the one on the outside of the bag it stuck in an unsightly position. Buyer beware. :(
