I love the look and color of the shoes. I don't always buy wide, only occassionally when I find them in stores. They are definitely wide enough, but seem like they are longer too, than my normal 8 1/2's. I guess it is always best to try shoes on before you buy them, but they are comfortable enough for me to wear during the day, but probably won't be my running shoes.
