The quality of the product was very poor. The first day I had the mittens both buttons came off, and not because they were torn off by my rough use, but because the strings weren't knotted properly and they just unravelled. Then with the mitten covers swinging freely, within the week both of those strings also came unravelled. So within the first week I got the mittens they had completely fallen apart on their own and I was very disappointed because they are beautiful and warm, but I don't want to wear them anymore with my fingertips hanging out.

I really like how soft these gloves are. First time I had fingerless gloves that turn into mittens, and it is a pleasure to be able to better use my fingers while wearing gloves. I also like the length as they are warmer than regular gloves that expose your wrists.
