Lining was ripped
I loved the look and feel of the boots, but the cloth lining was ripped on one of the boots and they had to be returned.

Cozy slippers for cold winter days
These slippers are great for cold winter days. Unfortunately, my daughter seems to think they are a replacement for shoes! The bottoms are sturdy enough that I've had to tell her that while they will hold up well indoors, not so much outside! Very happy with this purchase

Great slippers
I ordered these slippers and the candy apple red snowflake style. The eggplant style came damaged. I contacted customer service immediately and they sent me a replacement the same day I reported the damage. These are very comfy like the snowflake and they come up a little higher on the calf. The purple fur on the inside is very nice, too.

Great Slippers
these were a gift for my 20 yr old daughter and she LOVES them. Her feet are always cold but not with these slippers. They are very soft and comfy inside and she loves to wear them because they look really cute. These are an indoor slipper and not intended for outside wear. As long as you use them correcltly they are the perfect slipper!!
