I bought this bag to wear to a wedding in a few weeks. It will be great for the occasion but will also look fantastic for a casual night out. It's big enough to hold a small wallet or change purse, and a cell phone. There is a small zippered compartment in the bag, which is a nice touch. I think this bag is great looking and a really fun accessory.

This bag was shipped in a day! And it is lovely! Mine arrived right in time to use for a gala fundraiser event. I came from work in a suit and the bag was the perfect thing to add a bit of glamour for the evening. My most fashion conscious friend was at the event and raved about the bag. That is a hit in my book! The color is wonderul...no matter what you are wearing it seems to pick it up. Get this bag!

I bought this bag for a wedding and have used it three times now. I had strangers come up to me at all three events and ask where I found such a lovely bag. It is beautiful.. buy it now....

This is a beautiful little handbag, well made and very unique. It's a fun piece for for special occasions and evenings out. Keep in mind that it is small, so if you need to take a lot of things with you, this won't work. The handle is small also, so it doesn't fit on the wrist or arm, which means that one needs to hold onto to it which I found difficult while standing and eating and drinking, which one often does in social situations.

This is a unique evening purse. I don't know why previous reviewer's were suprised by its size, the dimensions are listed under detail description. I don't know about durability since I just received the item but it is made well.

I bought this bag for my MIL for Christmas. She loved it. The bag was not too big or not too small. Perfect for an evening bag. You can even have enough room for a cell phone. The mother of pearls on the bag changed color depending on what you are wearing. I can't believe what a great deal this bag was. Definitely worth it!

This is an exquisite little bag, too delicate for everyday but perfect for one little evening purse to go with everything. The colors, material and workmanship all seemed excellent, and as myself and the person this was for are artists, we really enjoy the handmade detail of all the individual tiny plates. It's a very pretty little purse.

I ordered this evening bag as a gift for my sister in law and absolutely loved it!...had trouble wrapping it rather than putting it in my closet!
It is very small and sides are rigid, so there's no, "making" anything fit. Also, the opening does not open very wide (does not open up to the width of the bottom). But, this is the perfect bag for an evening out for dinner and a movie or a special occasion, when you only need a few things along.
I gave the bag a 4 for durability just due to the mother of pearl on the outside. The bag seemed to be very well constructed, but will need to be handled with a little more care to avoid scratching/breaking the mother of pearl.

I took this bag as my one evening bag on a cruise. It worked great for what I needed, something small to hold my camera, card, and lipstick. I ran into a lady on the cruise ship who had the other one and she just loved it too.

bought this for my wife who thought it was stunning. She needs something like an evening bag but that holds more then a lipstick and a $20 bill. This is elegant looking and beautiful and matches mother of pearl jewlery

I was surprised at how unique this purse was. The color variations of the shell makes it possible to wear this bag with any color. It's nicely made with a full lining and has a nice, shell handle. I'm so pleased I'm ordering another for a gift.

Love, love, love it! I have been looking FOREVER for a night out on the town purse. This is it! It is so very cute and different, and totally modernized. I hope I can have it forenver and it never dulls or breaks. I hope overstock will always have this purse available. Probably not though after all it is overstock; so get it NOW.
