I felt like I had to write a review because reviews help to sell good products. These are excellent pants, simple and classy in design with a medium rise (perfect rise!). The material is nice and lightweight, which makes them great for 3 out of 4 Chicago seasons. This wide/straight leg shape is also really flattering for apple shaped women. I ordered a size 8, and I am 5'9" (with a 31" inseam). They were true to size and the length was quite nice (with a short heel).
