the yellow is not as bright as depicted thru the pic online. more of a muted mustard color. not what i wanted.

I absolutely love the dress and the fabric is gorgeous! However, it didn't work out for me because the material underneath the empire waist is folded where as I thought the stomach area would be more fitted! For my body type a little more fitted through the hips and midsection would have been more flattering!!! I wish it would have worked better for me... Great deal!

This dress is a designer brand and is well made with quality fabrics and design. It runs true to size. I normally wear a size 12 and the 12 fit perfectly. It is very figure flattering. The citrus sash creates a nice waist silhouette and hides any extra hip thickness. There is very-well designed pleating around the end of the sash (where it "ties", you can see it in the detailed photo) that hides my post-baby belly pouch. The top fits snugly around the bustline creating a nice shape with a straight skirt that falls to just abouve the knee. The fabric has a soft sateeny sheen to it, but is not overly shiny. The citrus sash is a great shade of soft yellow. My only complaint is that the back zipper is difficult to zip-up due to the bunching of the sash fabric. You will need to have someone help you with it! Overall, a fabulous, classic dress -- I love it! Now I need to find the perfect pair of yellow/black heels to play it up!
