The design is great. Made for work cocktail/networking events. The fabric does not feel cheap and it fits right. For the price, its a steal.

The dress actually has pinstripes on the bottom half, which I couldn't tell from the picture. It fits well, just a little tight in the hips, but I have kind of a bigger butt, so that's not abnormal. I like the dress overall. I think the brand is actually BCBG GIrl.
