Size
I order shoes online all the time from half a dozen merchants, and I'm always a true size 9. These clogs were marked as 9 but were too small. The workmanship was cheap as well. They were stiff and rough in side. Not worth the money. What really makes me angry is that Overstock.com will not allow me to return them. No reason given! Simply "not returnable". I'm out *** on a pair of shoes I can't even wear. I've had good experience with Overstock.com in the past, but after this, I'm done shopping on this site.

Excellent quality
This is a great design & excellent quality product, love it so much! Worth for value! The only negative comments is courier charges to Oversea (out of United States) is too high, hope could try to negotiate lower courier charges with courier service company.

not even slightly padded
hard as a rock, no padding whatsoever. leather quality seems OK but the vamp is cut too low for my taste. but the main thing is the inflexible wooden sole + lack of padding = return.
