Very nice, soft and cozy but buttons are not secured, in two days I lost 4.

This is a nicely-tailored pea coat of high-quality wool with a good drape. The sizing is accurate and the coat is warm and comfortable. The color is true to the picture. My only complaints are the finishing. One button fell off almost immediately, and there were some loose threads. The coat arrived creased as if it had been folded and stored improperly. I wonder if it had been returned by a previous buyer, and not pressed or even shaken out afterwards. Even with the faults it's a good bargain, a high-quality $300 men's pea coat for under **.

I ordered this coat for my brother. I liked that the coat came in standard suit jacket sizes instead of just S,M,L. This was great because he is tall and sometimes has a hard time finding items with sleeves that are long enough. I was a little concerned that the coat might be really baggy on him, because of the way that it is shown hanging on the mannequin, but it fits him perfectly (he is average build), with enough room for a couple of layers. The color is really dark, nearly black but you can tell that it's navy. The quality of the material is great, very soft and well made. Overall this coat is a great value, especially for someone who has a hard time finding the right proportions in clothes.
