I need one in every color!
I am in love with this bag. I chose to go with the larger of the two messenger bags, and I'm glad I did. Its big, but not too big. I like that it's a "shape" and not frumpy like so many purses. The color is beautiful and the build its extremely sturdy and durable, which is good for someone like me who is hard on my handbags. The inside it a lovely, quality satin and looks as if it will stand up to my abuse for quite awhile. I'm considering getting another one in a different color.

TOO HEAVY
This bag is much too heavy. It's very durable, very striking, and catches the eye. Its intended purpose was to be my airplane carry on, but empty it was already heavier than I had planned to carry with it full. I hope I'll use it, but once I put books or my laptop in it, I don't want to have to carry it very far. So if you want to make a statement, or just want an unusual bag, consider this but understand that it is NOT LIGHTWEIGHT (my lined leather bags of the same size weigh much less). I won't send it back, but if I had known how heavy it is, I would have passed. PLEASE CONSIDER REVISING THE DESCRIPTION TO INCLUDE THE WEIGHT OF THE BAG.

Great bag
I love this bag. It looks cool, got lots of good comments. However, be aware of two things. It's not a messenger bag in the traditional sense, with the front flap. It's really a tote with a shoulder strap instead of handles. Second, my original intention was to use this as a laptop bag, but it's not going to fit a standard size laptop. It's got to be 11" or smaller. The sizing is accurate but the opening is smaller due to the zipper. It's great tho for books, papers etc. And as all good bags should, there's a zipper pocket inside for money etc.; two small pockets for phones, ipods and two pen/pencil slots. Nice Satin liner

A bit too big for me.
I think this is a great bag. It however was a bit too big for what I wanted so I returned it. I had looked at the measurements and thought it would be okay so the fault is on my side. I still would recommend this for the right user.

Unique
My high schools freshman daughter wanted something unique but not to flashy, she is very happy with it. I told her it has to last at least two years because it's a bit expensive for a school bag, I can see it lasting al the way through high school, very good quality.
