ordered a half size up, but insole in one shoe was too narrow, the other was fine!? the insoles are hard, and of one them rubbed my arch terribly with each step. too bad i can't just exchange the one shoe, which was maybe a fluke. the shoes also off gassed some icky odor- usually a sign of poor quality glue.
