Best Winter Coat for Function and Looks
This coat is absolutely the best winter coat, quite possibly ever made! I moved to upstate New York, orginally from Oregon and I am soooo not at all used to the cold winter weather. I looked everywhere for a stylish long down coat. Everywhere I looked there was barely anything that was stylish and had function. If I did find a coat that was close to this one it was at least $450 to $600!!! I love this coat sooooo much. It has all the pockets you could want, it has a great romovable hood with raccoon fur even! The best part is the fit. I wear size 4 and the small fit perfectly, with a little bit of curve-in for the waist, I hate it when heavy coats are big square boxes with no shape. This coat is made by one of my favorite designers and the price is unbeatable. If you like this coat and need something to keep you very very warm, you cannot go wrong! In this coat you can't be cold, its just not possible!

very attractive but too tight!
I ordered this coat with high expectation before I left home for NY. When I got chance to try it on after I came back home from my trip I was very excited to find out the quality and style very attractive. But it was way too tight for me although I ordered size M and my regular size is small only. What happened to the sizing?? I wish that the measurements of the sizing could be given. Wish I could exchange it for bigger size but nothing left.

Good Looking Coat
I purchased this coat after a long hunt for a coat that was stylish as well as warm. I have not tested the warmth factor yet as I have just received it. The look and style of this coat is great. As soon as I put it on I knew it was for me. It's flattering to the female physique and not boxy like a lot of down coats are. Wish it had more than 55% down though. I tend to get cold easily, so I hope it keeps me warm. A little pricey compared to other downs, but I'm sure I'm paying for the name and a style in a down coat which you do not see often.

Warm,Warm,Warm!
I couldn't have ordered this coat at a better time! We are in the deep freeze right now with temperatures in the negative numbers. This coat is sooooo warm and I have had many people complement me on this coat and where did I get it! I agree with the other reviewers that the zipper can be kind of a pain but I have learned to make sure that before I take it off just make sure that the zipper lines up at the bottom when you bring the zipper down, it just takes a few extra seconds and it will come right off. Order a size bigger as it does seem to run a bit small, great coat!

Great coat
This coat is perfect for Chicago winters! This is my 1st coat purchase online, I have been looking for a down coat that fit for the last 3 years at the many retailers available in my area and could not find anything within a resonable price range. It was a much better quality and value than I expected, and I was complimented immediately upon wearing it at least 4 times in the first week. It is very warm without me having to wear 3 or 4 layers of clothing. One of my coworkers went online and purchased one immediately in another color.

Warm and good-looking long coat
Nice and warm. Love the cloth lining on the upper body portion. Hood fits snugly so it's not flopping around. What I really like about this coat is the fit. It has a slightly tapered shape, so it doesn't fit like a sleeping bag with arms. I have a little trouble with the zipper. It 's not smooth-doesn't pull up easily. And when I sit down, the zipper opens from the bottom and then it's difficult to unzip the coat. I've only worn the coat twice so maybe it'll get easier. Overall, I'm very happy with this coat. I think it's about the warmest coat you can get without buying a shearling.
