I ordered the boots and arrived today. I thought I was going to have a pair of fun shiny black boots. Instead I got a pair of imitation leather cheap-looking boots. I do not know what happened with my order. I ordered the black ones in the photo, but I got a different boot. Do you really carrie this shiny black boot or the photo is deceptive?Disappointed.

I bought these boots because I have never been able to wear Doc Martens due to the lack of a half size. These boots fit really well and look very close to Docs. They are comfy too!

I originally was looking for a pair of Doc Marten's but my budget did not allow. I found these and thought they would be a decent alternative for a funky, casual, fashionable look... and they definitely make the grade. They are comfortable and look great with skinny jeans, they are also a great alternative to rain boots and seem to hold up fine in wet weather. I usually wear 8.5 and they fit true to size with enough room to wear thicker socks in cold weather. A good buy!
