This is that RED dress most women should have. It's almost dangerous and will prompt a lot of second glances.. If you work in a conservative environ, it might not be a work dress. It's fab for evening and be-noticed events. The empire waist is definitely empire so just be aware. I even bet a early pregnancy on a longer waisted woman would be a HOOT in this dress. Wear with confidence!
