Definitely for shorter torsos?
Not flattering for taller, thinner builds, I'd say. Kind of a "beach smock" fit, where it flared out too much.

Love, Love, Love This Floaty Dress
I absolutely love this dress! It is my favorite of the 4 I ordered in preparation for a trip to Fiji. The design hides all my imperfections and accentuates those I'd like to have accentuated! I love it so much I am checking to see if it is available in any other colors. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!
