Respecatbel? Yes. Sexy? No.
This was bought for a date and I thought it might be nursing friendly by the look of the cut. Not really nursing friendly, but it was comfortable. This is a bit baggy and is cut to fit the need of going to church, a wedding, a funeral and would be excellent for a business meeting due to the modest-no-nonsense cut. Not really date night, but I like to look really sexy for a date because it happens so little. In a nutshell: good for the Republican National Convention, not good for accentuating your outer diva (Barbara Bush, not Beyonce). This is well constructed, but not my favorite material. It's a little too polyesterish. I plan to wear this to a wedding once I have it cinched in a bit.

Does the job
The dress is perfect for almost anything and travels well. When I looked at it on the hangar, I thought, this will never fit me, but the shape, fabric, cut is more forgiving than you think. I am petite size 10, and it was true to size.

With slight alteration
First, I do like this dress very much. It's very cute for a party or the office with slight alternation. I chose to wear this with a small short sleeved sweater and a belt on the top of both, right at the seamed waistline and the dress was darling. The non-structure of the fabric doesn't hide any flaws in the "love handle" area, so the sweater is the perfect guise for those. The "cap-sleeve' portion, however is not flattering and looks out of place in person so I actually plan to take it to a tailor and have them removed.
