I needed a new trench to replace an old tattered one, and this fit the bill. It is long, but I like the length - it provides maximum coverage. And the zip out lining is a plus, with a bonus of the sleeves being lined, too. Excellent value.Read More
Good trench - I was looking for something to wear in the Spring over my suits - still chilly in the mornings and this coat is perfect........a good buy.Read More
This coat is almost perfect for me. I'm 5'9" and absolutely hate having a skirt or dress stick out under a coat. The construction and details are very nice. The only problem I have is that the belt loops are too high. I'm long-waisted, and had to have them moved down lower.Read More
This coat is beautiful and I got a great price at O. Classic and classy - with a bit of a sheen to it. The belt is a little higher than my natural waist - I read this in other reviews. It is a HEAVY and warm coat with the lining in. The lining zips out easily, but it's too cold to remove it yet! I wish it were a bit longer in length - I probably should have bought a size larger, but didn't want to go through the hassle/expense of returning. All said, I am completely satisfied.Read More
Love the coat - well made - great fabric. I would recommend this to anyone purchasing a trench coat.Read More
I am 5'8", so the coat looks great. I would not purchase this coat if I were short, as it wouldn't look right. I like how the lining zips out for a lighter coat. The material would do great in the rain. I wish the belt loops weren't as high as they are, but I can live with it. I would like to tie the belt in the back, but it has a buckle on one end, so that would look funny. I may look at it to see if I can remove the buckle. The price for this coat was amazing. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.Read More
This is an attractive, well made coat. It is called a raincoat but actually has a removable lining which is probably sufficient for winter in the climate here (South Carolina). I recommend it.Read More
Love this coat, without linking excellent for spring and early fall; with lining gets me through the winter. Excellent business overcoat!Read More
I am 5'4" 125 lbs and ordered a size 6. Really needed a 4 but they didn't have it. However, the fit is good for sweaters and bulky tops. Love this coat! Classic trench, very high quality and timeless. The coat is the perfect length.Read More
The coat is wonderful with the button out lining. The coat is great for cold/rainy days and covers your entire outfit.Read More

Corset Fact Sheet
An hourglass figure, flat tummy and round hips are just a corset away. The undergarment of yesteryear is back in fashion, making women of all shapes and sizes curvy in all the right places. The corset has acted as a waist cincher for hundreds of years, making women look more slender. Today, the fashionable accessory is a bit less restrictive, with an emphasis on style, cut and color. Adorned with lace, ribbons and leather, corsets are often worn alone as lingerie or intimates or under a jacket for a seductive look.
Best Skirts for the Office
It is important to find a comfortable skirt to wear to the office that is appropriate yet stylish. Skirts are a staple of any wardrobe; they are also one of the most versatile pieces of clothing and can be worn with sweaters, blouses or jackets. Depending on your office dress code, conservative or casual styles may be appropriate, so choose styles and colors that fit into your existing wardrobe. Wear long skirts for cooler weather. While the most popular women's skirts are hemmed around the knee, cold winter months are a great time to wear longer skirts. Formal long skirts, especially those made of silk or velvet fabric, are probably out of place in the office. Stick to cotton, twill or even wool fabrics for a professional look. Ruffles and pleats can also give long skirts a feminine touch. A-line skirts are the best shape for most women because they create a waistline and widen at the hem, balancing out larger hips. Select flattering skirt sets. To ensure your skirt looks as professional as possible for the office, find a skirt set with an accompanying jacket. You can pair the skirt set with any type blouse, including silk, cotton or polyester. For a clean look, wear a skirt and jacket with a blouse that easily tucks in and does not create a bulge or pull around the skirt waist. You can also pair women's skirts with separate jackets if you want to mix up the wardrobe. Choose a slimming pencil skirt. One of the most common and fashionable skirts to wear is the pencil skirt. It pairs nicely with a variety of blouses, sweaters and jackets, making it a versatile part of the wardrobe. The pencil skirt is flattering to all body types, from very thin to curvaceous women. The skirt's silhouette is straight at the waist and narrows at the knees, allowing it to hug all of the curves of the body. Look for a pencil skirt that has a slit or pleat in the back near the hem to allow for increased movement while walking. Find an appropriate casual skirt. Casual skirts can be professional and dressy enough to wear to work. For the office, look for skirts made of cotton, khaki material, linen or even wool to provide a comfortable option. Keep casual skirts mid-length, allowing them to fall either slightly above or below the knee cap. View All Skirts Back to Guides Directory View All Skirts
