I took a chance with the purchase of this grey sweater. The color was perfect and the quality of the knit was surprisingly well made. I have found through so many online and shopping channels, cardigans of this ruffle style (that also includes the popular handkerchief / sharkbite hem cardigans) the majority are thin, flimsy knits or of poorT-shirt like quality so-called cardigan sweaters. Its never worth the price that are charged for their low-end quality. This La Cite brand, on the contrary, is a true bonafide sweater with substance, weight and warmth, but I can wear it almost year round. And its really flattering cute on...including hiding my figure bumps! The style and fit is a dream. Most of all, the sale price makes this purchase a no-brainer!
