not the quality I had hoped for
This dress is alright. It is a bit "old ladyish".It is hard to tell from the picture that the frill goes right from the side of the dress around the bottom. The fit is true, but would look best on a woman with a large bossom. The neck area is not very open....I am keeping this dress, but will alter the neck so it is more open.

What a fit!
This dress is awesome and flattering to the full figured woman. It slides on and accenuates the curves that you want to be visible. The material is very comfortable and has a feminine movement to it. The price for the dress was higher than I wanted to pay, but it looked so good on me that the price became a lesser factor in my decision to keep it. If you're looking for an easy wear, out on the town dress, here it is.

It ran much smaller than the measurements
My waist is 38"" and my hips are 42"". Size 1X was supposed to be for a slightly larger waist (38.5-42), and a very much larger hip size. I remeasured and had my husband check. I figured that the dress would be a little loose on me, but ordered a 1x because my chest is 44". I was very surprised that the dress was much too snug in the hips and waist. It hugged my hips like tight cellophane. I remeasured myself with help after I got the dress, and had the same results. It was very unflattering, and really emphasized my belly and midriff. Even on sale, this was much more than I usually spend on myself, but I needed it for a family wedding. I am so disappointed!! I am sending it back, and hoping that my luck improves.
