Bait-and-switch? Or honest mistake?
I ordered this coat and not the Kenneth Cole Reaction (KCR) peacoat because Kenneth Cole New York (KCNY) is a higher-end line of Kenneth Cole, KCR is their cheaper line. I was expecting the quality to be better since it's KCNY. What I received was a Kenneth Cole Reaction peacoat. It looks just like the one in the picture, with the removable zipped bib and all, but it's a KCR coat, with KCR tag. Granted, the coat does look nice and feel warm, and my wife says I look great in it, so it's still a decent deal. But when you buy a Lexus, you don't expect a Toyota to be delivered. The tag shows Style # 441RM383, not the advertised 440RW342. Having said all that, I'll give Overstock the benefit of the doubt for now. I called them about this issue and they immediately offered to send me a replacement coat and a return shipping label. No complaints about their customer service. I'll wait to see if the replacement coat is a real KCNY. Side note: I'm 5'9" and 167 lb, and the medium feels a bit tight, although my wife says it looks like a perfect fit and I shouldn't go a size bigger. Maybe I'm just used to loose coats.

Great Looking Coat
My wife bought this peacoat for me despite my protestations that I really didn't need it, but I'm glad she did! This coat looks very good and is of quality manufacture. The stitching is excellent all throughout, and the breast buttons are particularly sturdy and look to last a long time. The color is a deep and lovely black. The removable bib is a clever addition that makes this coat suitable for those particularly nasty winters. If one is looking for a coat that provides real warmth, but doesn't want to look like a snowboarder, than this is definitely something to consider.

wrong item was shipped
As I have always wanted I pea coat I took a chance and order the Kenith Cole New York coat. When I recieved the coat in the box was the lower end Reactor coat. Not what I had ordered but a nice looking coat. As I have broad shoulders I ordered and XL thinking it should fit. I was wrong, couldn`t lift my arms. I called customer service and they told me they had entered the wrong jacket to the skw. Returning the jacket was easy and the refund was very quick. So I reordered a XXL and verfied the skw number with customer service. Well guess what I received the Reactor coat again. I does fit a lot better and it is a nice looking coat so I cut my losses and kept it. This is a nice coat for a good price. Just a little disapointed as to the fact it is of the lower end line.

Army APO Delivery
Our son was pleased with the quality of the Kenneth Cole peacoat. Obviously we did not discuss much about the coat since he is in South Korea and there is a 14 hour time difference. Our only concern was that it was delivered. It did take some time for the delivery (probably a month), but that is the nature of shipping to a military APO address over the Christmas holiday season.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Our son was pleased with the quality and was surprised we were able to get a Kenneth Cole peacoat. I was not aware of the brand when I ordered it.
- How accurate was the sizing? Good, he says the 2XL fits him OK, as he is well over 6 feet.

3 times retunrd, 3 times incorrect item shipped
Ok so I saw another review about this item from another customer who ordered item 440RW342 KC NY Mens wool pea coat and he received item 441RM383 which was the KC Reaction line. I had the same issue only mine I complained about it 3 times for them to ship me the correct item and 3 times they shipped me the same incorrect one. I'm not so sure what is going on as clearly this was not the item displayed online. It looks similar and I'm pretty sure others who bought this did not even check the item number difference. Anyways, much to my disappoinment, I am going to have to keep this because it was for my husband's Christmas present and he is getting really impatient. I'm sure if I tried to return this incorrect pea coat back in hopes of getting the correct item I ordered, I would receive the same exact one I returned. It's almost Valentine's day and this is really disappointing that O.co cannot seem to get this correct. I'm not sure if this is intentional or the people working here just do not pay attention to what the customer brings to their attention. Not a happy customer!

Small upper arms
I purchased this coat for my Husband for his birthday. It is a very sharp looking coat, very handsome on. The removable 'bib' is very nice because my husband is actually allergic to wool so, the bib keeps the wool from touching his skin. Also, this blend has less wool in it than other jackets have, so, if you are looking for a 'wool' coat for someone who has sensitive allergies to wool, this might be a good coat for you. The coat fits very nicely all over except for the upper arms. This I believe is a Kenneth Cole thing. My husband has medicum build meaning he does not have 'thin' arms like models do. He does not have 'big' arms either, but the upper arms of the coat fit snugly. I originally purchased a medium size for my husband and ended up sending it back and getting a large because of this. When he tried the large on, even though it was a little less snug, the upper arms were still tight. We opted to keep it because he loves it but I think that it just plays into the design of the coat. Just like women with any type of curves have hard time finding clothes that 'fit just right', this is one of those coats. Overall though, the coat is very nice and it's worth the buy!
