could be more comfortable
I bought these shoes for my boyfriend who was in dire need of a new pair of black shoes for work. We ended returning them because they dug into his heels when he wore them, but they seemed like a good shoe, just not very comfortable.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? they were a little more shiny than they appeared online

Great utility shoe!
I purchased this same shoe at Nordstrom several years ago (for double this price) and it has been a great utility shoe. It works great with suits and sport jackets but is versatile enough to work well with jeans and a casual sport shirt untucked. The rubber sole is perfect for the messy weather we frequently get in northern OH............it keeps your foot warm and dry since it doesn't absorb the moisture like a leather sole shoe does. It is a great shoe to travel with since it is versatile enough to go with everything from jeans to suits because it helps you travel light! This is a great shoe for the money!! You won't be disappointed if you purchase it!

If you want a great shoe then check out the Kenneth Cole New York line. The Reaction models are the less exspensive versions from Kenneth Cole. For example Overstock has a great price for the Kenneth Cole New York Men's 'Merge' Oxfords
