SEVERAL OF THE REVEIWS I READ BEFORE PURCHASING THE DRESS REALLY HELPED ON ORDERING. YOU HAVE TO GO TWO OR THREE SIZES DOWN FROM WHAT YOU NORMALLY WOULD ORDER. THE LENGTH IS LONG SO IF YOU ARE UNDER 5.8' IT WILL BE WAY TOO LONG FOR YOU. OVER ALL I REALLY LOVE THE DRESS. IT IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE ITEMS IN MY CLOSET. I WORE IT TO A COMPANY FUNCTION AND GOT A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS.

This is a really nice dress for a tall person. Also, it's not true to size so you may need to order a size smaller.I had to return mine because any alteration would take away from the dress.If it ever comes in petite I will surely order it again! Too long for anyone under 5'5". I would recommend to my tall friends.

I love this dress. It's very airy and the floral detail around the bottom is just lovely. The straps were a little loose/long, but the elastic around the bosom kept the dress in place and the straps didn't fall off my shoulders or anything. All in all a very nice dress; one of my favorites through the summer.

This is the greatest dress for any occasion! I wish I had ordered two!! It runs a bit big, so order one size down. I'm tall and the length is perfect!!

The dress is beautiful even with the ruching on top. However, I think it would have looked better with a "v" neckline.

This dress looked great online and felt nice when on. However, what you can't really see from the photo is that the entire top half of the dress is smocked/ribbed. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it just leads to a weird transition to the lower half of the dress, which has a nice drape to it. Frankly, it seems like two different dresses sewn together at the waist.

I bought the dress in a size 10-12 as I am losing weight, and usually wear a 16-18. I thought I would put it back for when it would fit, well it fits me now! In fact the shoulder straps are a bit loose! So I think it's the nature of the dress that makes the need for you to buy a smaller fit.The chest material is wonderful, and you can get away without having to wear a bra. It is not see thru either! So you have total freedom, which is very comfortable, especially in the Texas heat! It is also quite long! For your informational needs, I am 5' 5 1/2" tall. But I love my heels, so this works out perfectly for me.The border jazzes this dress up more than you would think as well. I didn't feel the need for any jewelry, with my heels and purse. VERY comfortable. I would have given it all 5 stars if I could have said the fit were true, but no matter what, I would buy it again! And probably will if some new colors arrive!

Very beautiful summer dress or with a jacket year around, that can be worn for a casual or a dressy affair. Soft material and looks great on.. Very happy with the dress, it turned out to be exactly what I have been looking for and more.

This dress is very cute and extremely comfortable! I'm 5'8 and most long dresses are for shorter people but it is perfect with flats or kneels & great for travel!!! You can wear it casual or really dress it up! I love it.

The picture does not accurately show the top of the dress - it is like those stretchy sun dresses we all wore in the 70's...ruffled straps make it hard to put anything over it (like a cardigan if it's cool at night) and it doesn't run true to size - order a size smaller than you usually wear - lots of stretch. Ended up buying a different dress.

I ordered this dress because of the great reviews and because it looked casually comfortable. I just received it and couldn't wait to try it on. It is beautiful. Fits wonderfully. Can be worn with heels or sandals depending on your ocassion. It runs a little big, so don't size up. If you are in between sizes lean towards the smaller size. One thing I really like is you don't have to wear a half bra because the straps are wide enough to cover and blend in with black bra straps.

I love, love, love this dress! It's so pretty! It's long and flowy and it feels great against my skin. I actually purchased this dress in a 10 and had to return it, because it was too big. I purchased it again in an 8 and the 8 fits perfectly!
