My high norewegian instep is a problem in getting into this boot but once on it is a nice fit overall. Wearing them for a couple of days has relaxed the leather a bit making them easier to get on. Front pull tab is leather and rear is nylon, you need to work them a bit to get your finger in the loop. Liner and footbed are stiched in place, footbed compresses with wearing for a custom insole type fit. Have worn in mid 40's to 70 degree temps and find them comfortable. Only 5% of the liner is Thinsilate with a big patch sewn on the inside of the boot; the edges of this seem to have nylon thread which are prickly. I guess today you just have to assume its Made in China if they do not say where it is made as opposed to when I was young when companies were required to disclose if it was not made in the country where it was made. Small sticker inside the boot, nothing in the advertizing at Overstock or the manufactures web site. I give the manufaturer the benefit of the doubt as they are Canadian just thought they had more pride (wrong again).
