Great coat!
Who needs a wool coat in Houston, right? But it turns out to be perfect for going to work on chilly mornings before sunrise. I'm ~5'11" 140 and have a hard time finding the right fit in everything. This coat fits my shoulders perfectly, and I can wear most sweaters under it, but not a super bulky sweater. With my bulkier sweaters I can still get the coat on and fastened, the tightest place is the elbows. For example if I hold my phone up to my head too long, my bicep gets a python death. It's probably not as long on me as everyone would like, but long enough I can definitely get away with it. Buttons fall off of most of these coats eventually, don't let that deter you. For this price it's definitely worth sewing a button back on, or applying a drop of krazy glue to the string behind each button before you wear it. I lost two buttons before I thought of the krazy glue, and that's worked perfectly. It has a really nice fitted waist and looks great with my professional clothes. This has become my favorite coat this "winter."

Poor
I purchased this coat for a December trip to NYC. I bought it a size larger thinking i was going to be able to layer underneath. This coat was tight in the arms. I was not able to layer. Could only wear a thin sweater under the coat. I wore the coat for 1 day and the buttons are about to fall off. I guess you get what you pay for.

Overpriced for low quality
The coat is not thick, if you are looking for alot of warmth. I found the sleeves to be very long and the waist not as defined as it appears in the pictures. The coat did not come with extra buttons and THREE of the buttons fell off within the first month of owning this coat. Definitely not worth the price tag. It is a cheaply made coat.

Perfect fit
I am 5'11" and 140 pounds. I ordered a size M and it fits perfectly! It is always hard for me to find fitted coats that are long enough in the arms. This coat looks great on...I will wear it when I go to work and church. It was packaged very nicely.

mid-weight
This coat is a good mid-weight coat casual-dressy style. This would not be an appropriate choice for weather below 32 degrees unless you buy a slightly larger size and layer underneath. This coat would look good not only over jeans, but with slighltly dressier wear as well. The sizing guide helped me select the proper size although I had to size up. I am a petite 12 and needed to buy the XL.
