Wrong size
Ordered 11, box said 11, shoe said 10. Was sent a new pair...EXACT SAME THING! Not happy.

Dressy boot
This isn't a fine leather boot. It's synthetic and looks it, but that said, it is unusual to get a boot that has an open toe and dressy heel. The rosette adds a bit and these boots will dress up an outfit. I only wish it were real suede, but for the price, it is adequate.

Not what I expected
I thought these were the perfect boots for the office and for a mild Winter in Florida. The picture looks as if the shoes are made of a faux suede, but it is actually made of velvet. In addition, the heels on the photo looks like a 3 1/2 in or 4 inch heel, but they are a lot taller than that. Even though I was able to get them on my feet, they were also too narrow. I sent them back the next day.
