great boots
I have trouble with shoes fitting and these boots are so comfortable, I almost feel like I'm barefoot. I can wear them all day. I got them in black and am undecided if I am going to get the gray ones or both the gray and the brown.

Good quality boot
I have mixed feelings about these boots. A plus, the material feels like genuine leather, although it is actually man-made synthetic. The size is a little tight but not enough to buy up a larger size. The foot, as reported by other buyers, is a little shapeless but less so than I expected. The only reason I don't love these boots is the ankle area. There is no definition between the foot and the shaft. It is so wide that they look more like moon boots than anything. I am torn on whether to return these. It is hard to fine a cute boot for such a good price. Still, not sure they are quite what I am looking for.

Cute boots
I normally wear an 8 1/2 and these seem to run just a bit big. I also agree that they are a little big around the ankle. Otherwise, I love these boots! They are comfortable and cute.

Better in the picture
Loved these boots in the picture -- hated them out of the box. I ordered my usual size, but even with socks, they were too big. Worse than that, they made my feet look shapeless. It was almost as though the same pattern had been used for both left and right feet. They're on their way back. Disappointed!

Love Them
I read the other reviews and I agree and disagree with these reviews. They are a great price, comfortable and true to size. They are "unshapely around the ankles" and are loose, but that is what I like about them. It gives the shoes a slouchy feel. They DO squeak, and this is why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. After wearing them a few times, the squeaking did lessen. I think you just have to wear the material in. I get soooo many compliments on these boots. When I tell people the price, they are truly in disbelief because they look expensive. So far, I know 3 other people who have bought these boots after me. I love the color (I have the brown) and they are super comfortable. Overall I love them and would recommend them to anyone.
