Good evening. I recently purchased beige size 8 loafer shoes. I received in the mail black size 9. No return information or a receipt. How can we go about sending correct color and size or a full refund.
This is my new go-to. It looks like one of those expensive shoes you would find in a trendy all handmade store. The leather is great and the woven material on the bottom is very nicely done. I have worn these every weekend since purchasing them and have gotten so many complements. I also noticed that this shoe is keeping its shape very well even though it is all leather, no stretching!
