a little dissapointed
I was disappointed in this process. I looked online and found these shoes in the size I needed. When I received my order instead of the 1 I ordered I received a 10. I immediately called the service line and the lady was very helpful and very nice. The problem came when she told me there were no 1s left. I had to settle for a 13 which fits my daughter but will only fit for a few months and probably not work come next spring. I was sad that I was sent the wrong size and that the size I ordered was gone by the time I received the shoe.
