The product I ordered was with one notable and significant exception, perfect. It was received timely. It appeared to a great value. A relly good looking jacket. Unfortunately, it did not fit. In purchasing this gift, I used Overstock's sizing guidelines which advised the purchase of a size-Small.
I now find that I am only able to receive a refund for this item. I cannot receive an appropriate replacement/exchange. Very disapointing and certainly cause for concern in any future purchase from Overstock of wearables.
