The bag i received is not the same color, doesn't have a satin finish, and even has a different patten on the fabric. The blue is a dark aquamarine, not a pale, icy blue as pictured, and the brown is a milk chocolate color (not a distinguished dark chocolate color, but the generic typical brown dye). I do like the size of the bag, it holds a lot of items and has three inner pockets, but this is NOT the bag in the picture - I could put this bag in any kind of lighting and it looks nothing like it, aside from having a similar design. The bow is small and stubby, and the bag is 100% cotton.
bought two of these for my bridesmaids, as well as the multicolor striped tote by jojo designs. When I received them, one of these bags was defective. The pattern is indeed just a brown die on on the blue fabric, and it was if it got wet and the dye had run. So I had to return it (return policy was great, i got a full refund on the shipping as well as what I paid to return the bag). Also, unlike the photo suggests, the bags I received did not have a satin finish. It was just plain cotton. Also, they did not have outside pockets. The inner pockets were also a bit smallish, so I'm not sure how people have used them for a diaper bag, unless they just like everything all in one big jumble in the bottom of their bag. I would totally recommend the multicolor striped tote instead! It was a bit smaller, but it did have outside pockets and it looked nicer. Unfortunately I had to give it to my bridesmaid because I didn't have time to get a replacement. So I am not too sure about the durability of it. Otherwise this jacquard bag was nice. Just a bit bummed that it didnt look as satin as the photo seems. The other ones are probably a better choice.
I have received a ton of compliments about my bag. I only wish it wasn't so tall, and the bottom doesn't have any base in it so it is dosen't stand up as I would like it.
I bought this bag to carry an assortment of books and media to keep myself plus 3 kids entertained. It carries all of it and still has room to spare. The bag is beautiful. I have received compliments from everyone who sees it.
