I just purchased this in the 12-18mo size for my petite 5 and a half month old daughter to grow into (she weighs a little over 14lbs and most pants her size are too loose in the waist). The top seems to be about the right size for the intended age range, but the pants looked so small that I tried them on her and they fit her about the same as most 3-6mo size clothes do, just a little too big. I also purchased the black velvet 2 piece outfit by JoJo in 6-9mo size and the pants for it are much bigger than these and appear true to size. Perhaps these pants are intended to be tight capri length leggings? I checked the label and it says 12-18mo, but perhaps the bottom half of the outfit I received is mislabeled. Otherwise, it is a very cute oufit.
I bought this for a 1st birthday gift. I was proud to give it when I saw it! It's very light weight, simple & adorable. It seemed (to me) to be a bit smaller that what I thought for the size I chose (which was 12-18 months) but, I think it'll fit just fine. It was very unique and I know this little girl didn't get anything like it, which is nice! Another great purchase for me.
The picture does not do justice to this outfit. It is really cute. I can't wait for my baby to wear it this summer. I like this better than the two piece blue tie-dye and the pink two piece with flowers on it. Great outfit. Again, Hand Wash Only. Crazy to Hand Wash baby clothes, but who knows if it will bleed. I would recommend against putting it in the dryer. Very cute outfit.
