This boot is lovely. However, for a girl with a size 9 foot, I think the measurements of the ankle and calf are off a tad. It fits my foot perfectly and it is comfortable. The big issue is there is extra room around the top of my ankle and it doesn't fit my calves. I suppose I should have measured my calves before ordering these but I'm going to keep the boot because I like them and perhaps the leather will stretch around my calves as I wear them but for now, when I wear them, I push down the top a little so it matches the extra room around the ankles. And I think that look is stylish. Perhaps as the leather stretches, I will be able to wear them like a riding boot but for now, it's like a slouch boot.

These shoes are definitely made for someone with a narrower foot. Unfortunately, it would have to be someone with a narrow foot and larger ankles because these also have the tendancy to sag around the ankle. That could be part of the style though. Who knows? Otherwise, the material was nice and came in a rich chocolate color. They look really nice and I wish they would have fit me better.

Wanted a low heel tall boot and was very pleased with these!!

Boots were cute and decent quality for the money but they did not fit well. They were very tight in the calf area and I don't even have large calves, but they were way too loose in the foot area. Had to return them :(

I bought and returned about 7 pair of brown riding boots trying to find the perfect pair. Finally, I found them!! These are adorable. They are just stretchy enough to put jeans inside (I do have slightly small calfs), and tight enough to wear MOST bootcut jeans over them. They look so good with skinny jeans! And the toe looks great when peaking out from untucked jeans. I have walked long distances with them on, and they stay comfy. They are a little slick in the bottom, not rubbery.

I have been searching for casual brown boots for a while now. I finally settled on these but with hesitation. Call me judgmental but I was not super excited to have Jessica Simpson's name on my feet. I have been pleasantly surprised by these. They are comfortable and roomy but not so roomy that you feel like you are clomping around in them. I will say there isn't much cushion in the heel but with inserts they are perfect.

I forgot to check to see if the boot would fit my calves...bigger than they should be. But I was very pleased that after I wore them around the house a. Purple of items the leather gave a bit so I could wear them over my jeans. I've gotten many comments! I'm very pleased.

These boots are exactly what they look like in the pic ! They are very Nice fit and look great with all my skinny jeans ! I'm so excited to have them ! And I got them at a wonderful price yay !

Love the boots i have wore them several times since i had them an got plenty of complaments on them exactly if i did'nt have so many other boots i would buy these in black if they had them.
