Great Bag
I took a gamble on buying this bag for my wife's birthday. I won, she loved it.

Dissatisfied
I got the wrong bag. I wanted red and I got brown. When I went to your website I could not find a place to exchange a product only a place for returns. Since it cost to return and repackaging would be a hassle I kept the bag. I think your site would be better if there was a exchange procedure that did not cost the costormer unnecesary time and money, expecially if you want satisfied costumers.
